We are currently looking for staff for the following positions;

Trainee Junior Assistant Manager (Live In)

We are looking for someone who is from or knows the local area.

In charge of the hotel in the owner's absence.

Previous hotel experience required.

Polite, well presented, honest, well spoken, observant, attention to detail, friendly, shows initiative.

Numerically and computer literate.

Preferably with a personal licence.

Non smoker.

Interest in food and drink.

Immediate start.

Supervising the hotel and its staff.

Making and recording room reservations on a computer.

Cooking breakfast for small numbers.

Cashing up at the end of the day.

Securing the hotel when locking up.
