From 2.00pm check in to your four poster bedroom in the oak beamed Old Manor part of the hotel and enjoy a complimentary chilled glass of champagne whilst settling in.
 
Perhaps take a walk in the Forest of Dean, beautiful no matter what the season is.
 
Drinks in the bar infront of the log fire or outside on the patio in warmer weather and make your choices for a candlelit dinner in the AA Rosette awarded  'Old Spot' Restaurant.
 
Make your choices for breakfast the following morning before retiring to your four poster bedroom.
 
Wake refreshed and enjoy breakfast and the morning paper in your room.
