'Like a house party with distant relatives'.

Bliss - lovely warm welcome, food and service excellent. The 5 days spent here over Christmas were totally relaxing and the fact they made our dog so welcome, was a bonus. The room was large and so quiet - never slept so late in the mornings on holiday before - maybe the bar was just too entertaining! Not modern and no lively nightlife - rural and comfortably furnished, lovely and warm - throughly enjoyed. Lovely area for walking in the Wye Valley or the Forest of Dean - lots to see and do even over Christmas holidays. (Taken from Tripadvisor)

No Complaints whatsoever! As a dog friendly hotel plus non-dog owning guests, the cleanliness was up to par, .....our room in the annex was spacious, clean and warm. The food was delicious and the portions more than generous. The young and enthusiastic staff are an asset to the hotel. (Taken from Tripadvisor)

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas Break and felt that Nigel and his staff looked after us really well. As such we would have no hesitation in recommending The Wyndham Arms to others. The menu options and food were without exception first class and always served with a smile. The food in particular was outstanding in terms of quality, presentation and portion size....all the staff were very nice to us and were quite entertaining at times! David Newman
